• Click on “Book Appointment”
  This will take you to the booking page.

• Select a date and time
  You will see the provider’s available schedule for a 15-minute free consultation. Choose your preferred date, and a time selection will pop up on the side. Select your preferred time and click “Next.”

• Fill out the basic information
  After choosing your time, complete the required fields.

• Click “Schedule Meeting”
  Once you’ve filled out your information, click on the “Schedule Meeting” button. You will be notified, and we will call you for the session with the provider.

Provider will listen to you briefly about your concerns and issues and provide you recommendations if you need further appointment for session.

If you and the provider decide to proceed with the appointment for session, we will book an appointment for your session. You should be getting some requests to fill out the forms before the appointment. You will get a video conference link to connect with the provider.

You can cancel the appointment before 24 hours for free. After 24 hours cancellations or no shows , there is a fee charged. You can reschedule the appointment 24 hours prior to the actual appointment date.
